Melody Boggs is a representational still life and landscape artist. Her inspiration comes from the gardens on her farm in the Appalachian Mountains of Western North Carolina and the beautiful vistas surrounding her.

Painting the beauty she sees in the simple things that she encounters each day , she hopes that your life will become richer by learning to see this same beauty found in your daily life that you might not have noticed before.

Melody is an active member of Oil Painters of America, Blue Ridge Mountain Art Association, Southern Appalachian Artists Guild (SAAG) and the Quinlan Art Center.

She teaches workshops and ongoing classes in her studio in Murphy, North Carolina and at the John C. Campbell Folk School in Brasstown, North Carolina.
